True North is committed to ensuring that our website, truenorth.co.in, is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities. We believe that every investor, partner, and visitor deserves an equal and barrier-free digital experience.

This statement describes the accessibility standards we adhere to, the current conformance status of our website, known areas where we are working to improve, and how to reach us if you encounter an accessibility barrier.

Our commitment is guided by the SEBI Accessibility Circular 2025, which mandates digital accessibility for all SEBI-regulated entities, and by India's Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, 2016.

04 Known Limitations

Known Limitations & Remediation Timeline

The April 2026 audit identified the following issues. We are actively working to resolve each one and will update this page as fixes are deployed.

Critical Issues

  • In Progress Missing alt text on images: Partner profiles, case study logos, testimonial images, and carousel thumbnails lack descriptive alternative text. Descriptive alt attributes are being added to all meaningful images site-wide.
  • In Progress Hero slide counter not announced: The '01 / 004' slide counter has no aria-live region. Screen readers receive no announcement on slide change. Fix: aria-live="polite" to be added.
  • In Progress SCROLL link not keyboard-operable: The hero SCROLL link uses javascript:void(0) with no meaningful link purpose. Replacing with a proper anchor pointing to the next section.
  • In Progress Missing breadcrumb navigation: Sub-pages lack breadcrumb trails. Enabling the Yoast SEO breadcrumb component across all sub-page templates.

Mandatory SEBI Requirements

  • Complete Accessibility Statement page: This page satisfies the GIGW 3.0 and SEBI Circular requirement for a published Accessibility Statement.
  • In Progress Accessibility Grievance Mechanism: A dedicated accessibility feedback form is being established at /accessibility-feedback/
  • In Progress Usability testing with persons with disabilities: Structured testing sessions are being scheduled. Results will be published in this statement upon completion.

05 Usability Testing

Usability Testing with Persons with Disabilities

The SEBI Accessibility Circular 2025 requires that accessibility audits include actual usability testing conducted with persons with disabilities not automated tool scans alone.

True North is currently scheduling structured usability testing sessions with a minimum of 3 to 5 participants representing the following disability types:

  • Scheduled Visual disabilities screen reader users (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Scheduled Motor disabilities keyboard-only navigation and switch access users
  • Scheduled Cognitive disabilities plain language and navigation clarity assessment

Upon completion, a full summary including session dates, findings, and resulting fixes will be published on this page.
