Vishruta Kathuria

Vishruta joined True North in 2025 as an Analyst

Before joining True North, she was with Arthur D. Little Consulting, where she worked across the Telecom, Media, and Financial Services sectors. Her experience spans advising both government and private sector clients in the Middle East and India on sector growth strategies, market entry, and cost optimisation.

Vishruta holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where she graduated top of her department.

Outside of work, Vishruta enjoys staying active at the gym and getting immersed in a good book. She also loves experimenting with fashion trends and adding a creative touch to home decor.
