Arpit Shah

Arpit joined True North in 2019 and is responsible for investor reporting, portfolio valuations and providing fundraising support for True North.

Prior to True North, he was part of the Valuation Practice of Grant Thornton in Mumbai where he worked on a number of high value M&A transactions across consumer, retail, telecom, financial services, and infrastructure. He has extensive experience in valuations for complex corporate restructuring, hive offs and has also been involved in private equity and venture capital fund valuations.

Arpit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors in Commerce degree from Mumbai University. He has also cleared CFA Level II.

In his spare time, he loves hiking, travelling and playing sports.
